Jaqueline Henderson - PTA
Jacqueline is a 2015 North Greenville University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness. Jacqueline’s passion for health and fitness was fueled by her experiences as an athlete. Throughout high school and college, Jacqueline played basketball, volleyball, and softball instilling in her the values of teamwork, discipline, and resilience—qualities that inspired her to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her degree as a PTA from Greenville Technical College in 2017, further developing her knowledge in injury recovery and rehabilitation.
Since 2017, Jacqueline has worked in multiple outpatient clinics treating a variety of patient populations and diagnoses of the musculoskeletal system. She works closely with physical therapists to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and overall well-being in order to empower patients to return to their daily lives with confidence.
In addition to her role as a PTA, Jacqueline is the head coach of a varsity basketball team, where she mentors young athletes with the same leadership, discipline, and motivation she learned through sports. As a coach, she emphasizes the importance of mental and physical perseverance, helping her players grow both on and off the court. Outside of coaching, Jacqueline stays connected to the sport by playing in a recreational women’s basketball league.
During her free time, Jacqueline enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her dog, Koda.
